What it does
A fair, documented way to handle an employee relations case, plus exit interview questions that get honest answers. It is guidance for HR, not legal advice. For exits, it writes a question list, advises on keeping the talk private and calm, and shows how to read answers across many leavers for turnover trends. It also writes stay interview questions to learn what keeps your best people. For grievances and investigations, it lays out the steps in a sensible order and asks you to check local law and company policy. It covers related items such as improvement plans, remote work policies and employee surveys.
