What it does
A full exit plan for someone leaving, from notice day to their last hour, so nothing gets missed. You give a role and a leave date and get a checklist split by who does what: HR, the manager and IT. The plan covers voluntary and involuntary exits, remote staff, and different roles such as manager, individual contributor or contractor. It adds a handover template so knowledge leaves with a plan, exit interview questions that dig for the real reasons, and wording for telling the team. It can also suggest how to track completion and keep in touch with former staff. This is not legal advice, so check local employment rules before acting.
