What it does
A shortlist of HR tasks worth automating, with the tool for each and the order to build them in. Name your processes, such as onboarding or leave, and get a plan that saves real hours without breaking accuracy. It maps each process step by step and scores tasks on volume, difficulty and payoff. It then designs the automated flows, for example from signed offer to day-one ready, or from leave request to approval and payroll. It suggests what fits in your HR system, a no-code tool or an AI helper, and where a person must still approve. It adds data quality checks, a change plan for staff, a business case and ways to measure time saved and errors cut.
