What it does
A plan for hiring your first people in a new country. The big early choice is whether to set up your own local company or use an employer of record, which hires on your behalf. The skill lays out the cost, time and risk of each. It also covers what to check before the first hire: local employment law, required benefits, contract terms, payroll and tax, and any works council or union rules. It adds ideas for finding talent, pay benchmarks, adapting your handbook, and preparing managers for cultural differences. It says when to move from an employer of record to your own entity. This is planning help, not legal advice.
