What it does
A plan for handling a workplace conflict: what is probably behind it, how to run the mediation, and what to say when you sit down with each person. It helps you act early, before the conflict spreads. You describe the situation. Claude suggests likely root causes and signs that the dispute is getting worse. It sets out ground rules and a clear structure for the opening, then guides private talks with each person, with active listening and calming steps for tense moments. It says when a neutral outsider is the better choice. It also covers broader needs such as writing a conflict policy, manager training and rebuilding trust afterwards. It does not replace legal or HR advice.
