What it does
Interview notes turned into a side-by-side comparison that points to what each candidate actually said. It flags weak spots in the evidence, and you make the hiring call. You paste a transcript or notes along with the role's scorecard. For each question, the skill records the answer, key quotes, and whether the planned follow-up was asked. It rates answers against the green and red flags in your rubric, not against other people. It also writes a screen summary grouped by skill, and an entry formatted for your hiring tool. Gaps such as questions never asked are called out, and a bias check looks for ratings that rest on feeling rather than evidence.
