What it does
A project plan for an HR change that people can follow from kickoff to review. Give it an idea such as a new HR system or a policy rollout and get a charter, a timeline, a risk list and a status report template. It writes a charter that sets goals, scope and what is left out. It builds a milestone timeline for your length of project and a chart of who is responsible, accountable, consulted and informed across HR, IT and the business. It plans communication and lists risks with fixes. It adds scope change rules, a budget plan, phased rollout and a lessons-learned template.
