Staff who need a workplace accommodation get a clear, kind way to ask, and managers get guidance on handling requests. It is not legal advice. Check the final version with a lawyer or HR adviser. The skill designs the path from first request to follow-up: who to tell, what to ask, what paperwork to require and what to avoid asking for. It sets out how to hold the back-and-forth conversation with an employee. It also covers making hiring and interviews accessible by default, remote and hybrid arrangements, and how to weigh requests against business limits. Managers learn to support without asking for medical details. It adds ways to review outcomes later, so decisions stay consistent and fair.
