What it does
Before you change a line of your handbook, see what else it breaks. Change the paid leave policy and you may also affect final pay, the leave cross-reference and several state add-on pages. This skill finds those ripples while the change is still a draft. You give it the section, the new wording and the reason. It shows old and new side by side, then searches for other policies that point to that section and terms that depend on it. For each state supplement it asks whether the change makes it wrong, outdated or newly required. It also flags changes that cut something employees were promised, since some states treat handbooks as contracts. It is not legal advice.
