What it does
A clear company policy that staff can read and follow, with the guide and rollout plan to go with it. Give a topic and your country and get a plain draft, a manager guide and a plan for telling everyone. It is not legal advice. It can write policies on leave, remote work, conduct, performance and discipline, and build or update a handbook. Each policy comes with an approval flow, an owner and a review date, so none goes stale. It also drafts talking points for managers, a question-and-answer sheet for staff, a change summary between old and new versions, an exception process and a sign-off tracker. For several countries it adapts wording to each place.
