What it does
Straight answers to questions like how much leave you get or what you can claim on a trip, taken from your own handbook and put in plain words. Staff stop waiting days for HR to reply to simple questions. You paste your handbook or connect your policy documents, then ask in everyday language. Claude finds the matching section, explains the rule without jargon, and points to where it came from. It covers time off, benefits, pay, remote work, travel, expenses and conduct. With your HR system connected it can also pull a leave balance. For a dispute or a big decision, it tells you to check with HR.
