What it does
A full plan to check whether your HR practices meet the rules, from first checklist to fix list. Choose what to audit and get the checklist, a sampling plan, a findings report and a corrective plan. It is not legal advice. It begins with a written scope so coverage is the same every time. For large workforces it designs a sample of files instead of reading every one. It gives checklists for personnel files, job classifications, pay equity, leave handling and onboarding. Findings are ranked by legal risk, how often they occur and how serious they are, then turned into a corrective plan with dates and a follow-up check.
