What it does
A fair, documented way to pick an HR vendor and sign a good contract. Say what tool or service you need and get an outline for a request for proposals, a scoring sheet and a checklist for negotiation. It sets your criteria first, then builds a scorecard so you can compare vendors on cost, features, support and implementation record. It lists security and data privacy questions to ask before a vendor sees staff records. For the contract, it highlights terms and service levels to push for, plus exit and data-return clauses. It also helps you check prices against market rates, plan a move between providers, manage vendors after signing and cut overlap in a crowded tool stack.
