What it does
A map of one stage of working life, such as first week, promotion or exit, showing the moments that matter, the pain points and what to fix first. Pick the stage and you get something your team can act on. The skill lays out the steps people go through, the touchpoints, the systems used and the feelings at each. It mixes what employees say, from surveys and interviews, with system data such as timestamps. It spots moments that shape how people feel about the company, compares the design with real experience, and ranks fixes. It can also make personas for a new graduate, manager or returning parent.
