What it does
A fair test of an AI tool before it touches hiring or other people decisions. Name the HR job and the vendor, and get a scorecard, a list of questions to ask and a small pilot with clear pass and fail rules. The skill treats vendor claims as things to prove. It asks for evidence on accuracy, asks how bias was tested, and checks what data the model learned from and how your staff data is protected. It lists red flags to watch for in a sales demo, compares vendors on one scorecard, and checks fit with your HR systems. It sets a pilot with success measures and a trigger for stopping, then writes down the decision for audit.
