What it does
A review of an offer letter before it goes out, focused on the two places trouble hides: where the person will work, and any promise not to compete. The rules differ by place, so the skill researches them for each hire instead of relying on a fixed list. It starts by confirming the work location and how the role is classed. Then it checks the non-compete and similar limits for whether they can be enforced there, looks at pay transparency and salary history rules, and covers background check steps. Anything that hits your escalation list is flagged for a lawyer. It cites what it found. It is a first pass, not legal advice.
