It helps you keep good people who would otherwise leave to grow elsewhere. You describe your company and get a framework sized to it. It covers how roles are posted inside, how employees apply, how managers should respond, and how approvals work. It adds options like short project moves, rotations and career maps that are not just ladders. It includes training for HR partners who guide moves, a link to succession planning, and rates of internal moves to compare over time. It works from reusable prompts.
