What it does
A job post that candidates can read in a minute and trust, with real requirements and no wording that quietly pushes good people away. Give it a role, or paste an old post to be fixed. The skill writes an opening summary, what the person will do, and what success looks like at 30, 60 and 90 days. It splits must-have skills from nice-to-have ones, since long wish lists keep out strong applicants who doubt themselves. It scans for biased or inflated terms, like "rockstar" or ten years for a new tool, and offers plainer swaps. It also covers pay, benefits and a team description that reads as honest.
