What it does
A job description that candidates want to answer and that does not turn good people away by accident. Describe the role, your team and what the hire will accomplish. If you give only a title, the skill asks short questions about the problem the person solves, what success looks like in six to twelve months, and the level and scope. It writes around the candidate, not around a task list, and checks the draft against quality rules, including biased wording. It uses your company story and pay approach if you have saved them. A rewrite mode takes an old posting, finds the weak sections and fixes them. The finished text also feeds later steps like search strings and outreach.
