What it does
A job ad decoded before you spend a weekend on an application. Paste the post or give a link. The skill sums up the real job in three sentences, then sorts every requirement into firm, wish or unclear, quoting the ad for each. It counts years and tools asked for and says if the list looks too broad for one person. It checks what the ad leaves out, such as pay, location, hours, team size, reporting line and contract type. It picks out phrases worth a question, like fast-paced or competitive salary with no figure, and gives six to eight questions for the recruiter. Add your background and it shows where you fit and what to lead with.
