What it does
A listening plan for your people: survey questions, a focus group guide, a way to read results and an action plan. Say what you want to learn, and you get instruments you can use this month. The skill builds engagement surveys and short pulse checks, onboarding checks at 30, 60 and 90 days, and manager feedback forms. It writes focus group, stay interview and skip-level guides. It then helps you read the answers, turn them into actions, equip managers to talk about team results, and plan how to launch and share findings. It also helps measure response rates.
