A ready set of performance review materials: appraisal forms, goal templates and a guide for running fair rating meetings. Managers get wording they can use instead of starting from a blank page. It is not legal advice. You give the team, roles and what you want to measure. The skill drafts review forms and goal or OKR templates for each role, and helps write the reviews themselves with clear, specific language. It covers 360-degree feedback, improvement plans with measurable milestones, and calibration sessions where managers compare ratings across teams. It can also draft recognition programmes and succession plans. Check anything on formal warnings with HR or a lawyer.
