What it does
A crisis playbook for your people, written before you need it or while you are in it. You get who does what, what to tell staff in the first hour, and what to do in the first day. You name the type of crisis, such as a safety incident, natural disaster, sudden leadership departure or public scandal. The skill sets roles and decision rights for HR, legal, security and communications, drafts a first message to employees, and lists actions for the first 24 hours. It covers staff wellbeing and manager briefings. After the event it gives you a review plan to find what to improve. Not legal advice.
