What it does
A progress update written for the right reader at the right depth. Say whether it is weekly, monthly, a launch or a one-off, and who will read it. The skill then shapes the content to that audience. Leaders get a short, outcome-first view. Engineers get technical detail and decisions needed. Partners get shared goals and dependencies. Customers get benefits and dates without internal jargon. The board gets metrics and risk, kept brief. If your tracker, chat or meeting notes are connected, it pulls what finished, what is blocked and what was decided. You can also paste your notes.
You give it

- The type of update
- The audience
- Links to your tracker or chat (optional)
