What it does
A grid of who matters to your project and exactly how to talk to each group. List the people and groups affected, or share an org chart or brief and let the skill infer them. It rates each one on power and interest, then places them on a four-box grid. High power and high interest means manage closely. High power and low interest means keep satisfied. Low power and high interest means keep informed. The rest are monitored. For each box it sets how often to talk, which channel to use, the key message, and what goes wrong if you ignore them. The output is a communication plan table.
