What it does
A status report you can send to leadership today, built from the rough updates you already have. It opens with a short summary, an overall green, amber or red rating, and then lays out what is done, what is in progress, what could go wrong and what you need someone to decide. The layout is fixed so readers learn where to look. A metrics table compares target to actual with a trend arrow. Risks list the impact, the plan and the owner. A decisions table gives the deadline and your recommended answer, so the reader can reply with a yes. It ends with next-period priorities. If your project tracker or chat tools are connected, it can pull updates from them.
