What it does
A saved set of files that tells an AI how you handle email: who matters, how you sound when you reply, and what to do with each kind of message. You answer once, and the later triage runs from your answers. The skill interviews you in eight short sections, one question at a time, each with a reason for asking. Multiple choice is used wherever it can be. After each section it saves its file before moving on, so a half-finished chat still leaves something useful. The result is seven files in an Email folder, including a sorting scheme and your reply voice with templates and hard rules. Re-run it when your work or priorities change.
You give it
- Answers to the interview questions
- Examples of emails you reply to and ones you ignore
- Your usual reply style or sample replies (optional)
You get
- A sorting scheme for your mail
- A reply voice file with templates
- Rules on senders and priorities
- Seven saved files the triage skill reads
Use it when
- You want an AI to sort your email the way you would.
- Your inbox is full and you have no clear rules for it.
- Your priorities changed and the old sorting rules are out of date.
- You want replies drafted in your own voice.
- You are about to start automatic inbox triage and need the setup first.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
