What it does
A fair, repeatable interview plan for a role, so every candidate is judged on the same things. You name the role and level, and you get core questions, follow-up probes, signs of strong and weak answers and a scorecard. It begins by choosing the skills the job needs, then writes behavioural questions that ask for real past examples, plus situational ones. Each question comes with what a good answer shows, red flags and a scoring rubric, so several interviewers can compare notes. Keeping every candidate on the same questions cuts bias and gut-feel. The AI prepares the guide only. You and your team make the hiring decision.
