What it does
A clear hiring update that a busy manager will actually read. Paste in your pipeline numbers and say who the report is for. The skill turns them into a short story: what happened, what is stuck and what to do next. It offers four report types. A weekly pipeline update covers candidates found, replies, stage counts and blockers. A market report covers pay, talent supply and competitors. A talent map shows target companies, pool sizes and where to focus. A look back after the role is filled shows timeline, which channels worked and what to change. Each comes as a markdown report, and some can include a simple chart page.
