What it does

A new hire's first weeks decide whether they stay. Most start with a laptop that is not ready, a manager in meetings and a vague "settle in". By week six nobody has said what good looks like, so the new person guesses, and the first review is a surprise for both sides. This workflow plans those weeks before day one. It writes down the job's real duties and level, so the goals match the role. It builds the pre-start checklist and the first week. It sets 30, 60 and 90 day goals a person can tick off, and plans the one-on-ones around them, following Andy Grove's rule that the report sets the agenda and the manager asks and listens. After the first month you run a short look back, so the next hire starts better still.
