What it does
A clear picture of where your AI governance falls short of ISO 42001, plus a 12 month audit plan to close the gaps. That standard covers how a company manages its AI systems. You describe how you run AI today. The skill checks each clause from 4 to 10, such as scope, leadership, planning and improvement, and marks it full, partial or missing. It then builds an AI risk register, matches each risk to Annex A controls, and sets an internal audit schedule with scope, timing and auditor independence. It comes with Python scripts for the three steps, so you need Python to run them. It is a planning aid, not a certification.
You give it
- A description of the AI systems you use or build
- Your current policies, roles and records
- Known AI risks or incidents (optional)
- The areas you want audited first (optional)
You get
- A score for each clause from 4 to 10
- An AI risk register mapped to Annex A controls
- A ranked list of fixes
- A 12 month internal audit plan
Use it when
- You plan to get ISO 42001 certified and need to know your gaps.
- You use AI in products or tools and have no written risk register.
- An auditor or customer asked how you manage AI risk.
- You need an internal audit schedule for your AI management system.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
