What it does
AI video goes wrong when you jump straight from a script to clips. The character slowly changes between shots (a new hairstyle, a different jacket), the product grows a new label, and shots get added because they look nice, not because they sell. This skill runs the first four stages of making a video, the way animators work. First it picks the avatar from your buyer and script and writes it down as a card. Then it makes a few reference images and you pick one. From that image it builds a character sheet with every angle, plus a sheet for your product from real photos and one for each place. It writes lock lines that every later prompt repeats word for word. Last comes the storyboard: one frame per shot, each with one job, from stopping the scroll to the call to action, with continuity checked. You approve the…
You give it
- The approved script, with the buyer, their doubt and the call to action
- Real product photos (front, side, top, in a hand)
- The look you want, such as phone video, live action or clay
- An avatar you already approved, to reuse (optional)
- Your brand voice, fonts and places (optional)
- Brand brain (optional)
- Product photos (optional)
You get
- An avatar card to approve (or a casting note if a real person films it)
- Reference image prompts and the sheet prompts for every angle, product and place
- Lock lines to paste into every later prompt
- A storyboard with one frame prompt and one shot card per shot
Use it when
- You have an approved script and want to make it as AI video without the character drifting.
- Your AI clips keep changing the face, the outfit or the product between shots.
- You want to check the ad has a clear opening, a reason to believe and one call to action before you spend on clips.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste the approved script and the cast note if you have one. Attach your product photos (your AI can see pictures).
- Read the avatar card and reply yes, or ask for changes.
- Make the reference images, pick one, then make the sheets and approve them with the lock lines.
- Approve the storyboard, then take it to the clips skill for your look, or the shot list skill, for stage 5.
