What it does
In many groups the loudest or most senior voice wins. That is not the same as the most likely to be right. A manager with a long record in another field may know less about this topic than a junior person who has done it ten times. This skill weighs each view by how believable the person is on this specific topic. It looks at their track record and at how well they can explain the cause and effect behind their view, not their rank or how often they speak. It finds the most believable person who disagrees and writes their case fairly. It then states the call, notes how disagreements will be settled, and records the reasons with a review date so you can learn from the result.
You give it
- The decision and the goal in a sentence
- The views people hold, and who holds each
- What each person has done on this topic before, with results if known
- How disagreements are settled in your group (optional)
You get
- Each view rated for believability on this topic, with reasons
- The strongest opposing case, written fairly
- A call that follows the weighted views, with what would change it
- A decision record with a review date
Use it when
- Your team is split on a decision and the senior person keeps winning by default.
- You must choose between experts who disagree and cannot tell who to trust.
- You want to record why you decided something so you can check it later.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- State the decision and the goal in one line.
- List each view and who holds it, with what they have done on this topic.
