What it does
Tell it what a user should be able to do, and get Playwright tests for it that you can run today. You can give a user story like "user can log in", a page address, a component file or a feature name. The skill reads your Playwright config, your existing tests, any page objects, and your login setup so the new test matches your style. It picks a template for the type of flow, such as login, checkout, search, forms, dashboards or API calls, and fills in your real selectors, routes and data. The output is a test file in the shape your project already uses.
You give it
- A user story, page, component or feature name
- Your Playwright config and existing tests
- Test data or login details for testing (optional)
You get
- A runnable Playwright test file
- Selectors and routes from your real code
- Page objects or fixtures where they help
- Cases for the main path and for errors
Use it when
- You just built a checkout flow and have no tests for it.
- You want a login test that follows your existing test style.
- You have a component file and want its behaviour covered.
- You need accessibility checks added to a page.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code and read your project files.
