What it does
Practical steps to make every student feel part of your class, aimed at the exact problem you face. Describe the group, such as cliques, an isolated child or new arrivals, and you get actions you can start this week. The skill reads your class context and the specific belonging concern. It suggests small routines that bring students together, like mixed groups with real roles, greeting habits and ways for quiet students to contribute. For new students it plans a welcome and a buddy system. For cliques it plans seating and task changes. It skips what you already do, so you do not get repeats. It also suggests quiet signs to watch to see whether the changes are working.
