What it does
One file that lists every company you run, where each is registered, and what must be filed and when. Missed annual reports and franchise taxes cost fees and can put a company out of good standing, so the dates are worth having in one place. You give Claude your list of entities with their states or countries. It builds a tracker file, then shows what is due soon and what is overdue. You can update statuses, walk through unknown items one by one, run a health check, or export a table. It splits entity types, since a Delaware company and a Delaware LLC differ. Confirm dates with your registered agent. Not legal advice.
You give it
- A list of your companies
- Where each is formed or registered
- Entity type for each (such as LLC or corporation)
- Registered agent details (optional)
You get
- A deadline tracker file
- An upcoming and overdue report
- A health check of the whole list
- A CSV or table export
Use it when
- You run several companies and lose track of annual report dates.
- You want to know what is overdue before a lawyer or investor asks.
- A new entity was formed and needs its first filing calendar.
- You need a clean table of deadlines to send to your accountant.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can search the web to confirm current dates.
- Where the skill points to /corporate-legal:cold-start-interview, use the setup-interview folder inside it. We copied it in so the skill works on its own.
