What it does
The smallest process wiki that will actually get used, with one register listing every process, its owner and how it runs. It avoids a giant document project that nobody finishes. Claude starts from the process that hurts most to run, then asks only what is missing: which processes exist, who owns each, how they are done today and what for, such as onboarding or handover. It recommends a short setup first. Only when you ask does it produce the files, such as a CSV, a database table, a JSON schema or a Notion layout, all from the same field list so they match. It makes empty templates only and never holds employee or customer data.
You give it
- Your business type and size
- The processes that hurt most
- Who owns each process
- The tool you prefer, such as Notion or a sheet (optional)
You get
- A short wiki setup recommendation
- A process register
- Blank step-by-step guide templates
- Export files if you ask
Use it when
- Key processes live in one person's head and that person may leave.
- New hires keep asking the same how-do-I questions.
- You want a place for step-by-step guides but have none.
- Your processes are scattered across sheets, docs and inboxes.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
