What it does
Process docs go stale without anyone noticing. The person who wrote the doc left, a tool changed, and a new hire follows steps that no longer work. Nobody reviews the folder because nobody owns the folder. This agent keeps a register of your processes with an owner and a review date for each. Every month it checks the docs, ranks the worst, and drafts rewrites for the top five. It checks each draft against the same checks, fixes what fails, and tries up to twice more before it hands the draft to the owner. It cannot know if a process really changed, so every draft is marked for the owner to confirm. It replaces, archives and publishes nothing. For docs about pay, leave, safety or legal matters, check with a qualified person.
You give it
- An export or folder of your process docs, SOPs or runbooks
- A short description of the business, the first time, so it can build the register
- What changed since last month, such as new tools, new rules or people who left (optional)
- A buyer brief (optional)
- Your question (optional)
You get
- A register of your processes, with an owner and a review date for each
- The top five docs to fix this month, with the problem in each
- Rewrite drafts, each re-checked, marked for the owner to confirm
- A list of docs that need an owner, or that may no longer be needed
- A comparison with last month
Use it when
- Your team has SOPs or runbooks that nobody has reviewed in a year.
- New hires keep asking questions the docs should answer.
- You want a short, ranked fix list each month, not a long audit.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents.
- Put your docs in one folder, or paste them in. The first time, add a short note about your business.
- Read the fix list. Ask each owner to confirm the drafts that touch their work.
- Say yes to any one named action you want the agent to take, such as saving a draft. Replacing or archiving stays with you.
- Run it on the first working day of next month. It reads last month's report.
