What it does
A way to keep watch on your competitors that leads to decisions, plus sales-ready battlecards you can use on calls. It stops competitor tracking from turning into an endless hobby. Claude first sorts rivals into direct, indirect and future, including the do-nothing option. A simple grid of customer overlap and problem overlap shows who is a real threat, and you update it each quarter. Then it sets up tracking of eight areas, such as product moves, pricing, funding, hiring and partnerships, each with a source and a check rhythm. You can also ask for a win and loss review, a positioning map or an update on a named rival.
You give it

- What you most need, such as a battlecard or map
