What it does
A funnel table showing how many people reach each step, where they leave, how long they take, and which fixes are worth the most. It points you at the step costing you the most customers. You give it an event log with user, event and time, plus your ordered steps and a time window. A script builds each person's path, then works out step to step and overall conversion, and drop-off counts. It calculates median and slow-end time between steps, since long waits show friction even when drop-off is low. It repeats the numbers by channel, device or cohort, then ranks problems by users lost times what a conversion is worth. Needs Python to run the script.
