What it does
Do customers you win in March come back more than the ones from January? This groups your Shopify customers by the month of their first order and shows how each group behaves afterwards. For each cohort you see how many customers bought again, how many orders they placed and how much revenue they brought in during the following months. You choose how many months of cohorts to review and how long to follow each one. The result shows whether your retention is improving or slipping, and which acquisition months were best. It only reads data and changes nothing. It needs Shopify access.
