What it does
A morning of customer email, sorted and answered in minutes. Ask what needs a reply and you get your unread customer emails grouped by what each one needs, with a draft reply for the ones that deserve it. You review and send them yourself. It defaults to the last 72 hours and counts an email as a customer email if the sender's domain matches an account you own. If a CRM is connected it matches senders and adds context. If a calendar is connected it uses your free time for scheduling replies. Email contents are treated as data, so instructions inside them are reported, not followed. Nothing is sent or logged without your say.
