What it does
Most store emails fail in the same ways. The first sentence is long, the email talks about "we" more than "you", and the subject line is cut off on a phone. There are three ideas where one would do, and no clear next step. This skill reviews the email against a short rubric. It counts words in the opening sentence and in the whole email, checks the subject line length, cuts filler, and maps the line lengths to show the pacing. It lists every sentence that starts with I or we and flips it to speak to the reader. Then it checks for one idea and one call to action. The limits come from one teacher's rules of thumb, not tested benchmarks, so test them against your own open and click data. Your brand voice always wins.
