What it does

Email flows earn quietly, so a broken one can go unseen for months. Most owners look at open rates, rebuild what they feel like rebuilding, and never check whether it worked. Open rates are also unreliable now, so they can point you the wrong way. This agent does the same monthly check every time. It reads the month against last month, then asks one question: is the weakest part sending, or a flow? If mail is landing badly, it fixes that first, because a better flow will not be seen. If sending is fine, it rebuilds one flow, reviews the new emails and fixes them, then sets the next tests. It saves a short summary so next month it can say whether the fix helped. It never sends or turns anything on. You get the rebuilt flow and a list of changes to approve.

How to use it

  1. Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents, then ask it to run this month's check.
  2. Export last month's campaign and flow numbers from your email tool and put them in one folder, or attach them in the chat.
  3. The first time, paste your live flows. It saves them and reuses them.
  4. Read the changes to approve. Make the ones you agree with in your email tool. Nothing goes out until you do.
  5. Run it again next month. It compares against its saved summary.
