What it does
When a support case needs the full story, you want one file, not ten tabs. Name a customer and you get their whole history in a single dated CSV, with a readable timeline beside it. It pulls the customer's details, marketing consent, tags, notes, addresses and lifetime spend from Shopify. Then it adds every order with line items, shipments, refunds and returns, newest first, up to a cap you set. Refunds and returns appear as their own rows so the order of events is clear. It reads data only. The file holds personal information, so treat it carefully and delete it when the case closes.
