What it does
When someone asks for a copy of their data or asks you to delete it, you get a step by step plan and a draft reply. It is a first check, not legal advice, and a person reviews before anything is sent. Paste the request. The skill sorts the type: access, deletion, correction or portability. It checks for triggers that need a lawyer first. Then it walks the path: confirm who is asking, go through your list of systems that hold their data, weigh any exemptions, and draft an acknowledgement and a full response. It never sends anything. The request holds personal details, so redact what you do not need.
You give it
- The request text
- Your list of systems holding data
- Your identity check method (optional)
- Your response deadline rules (optional)
You get
- Request type and risk flags
- System by system search checklist
- Exemption review
- Draft acknowledgement and reply
Use it when
- A customer emails asking for all the data you hold on them.
- Someone demands you delete their account and records.
- You need a reply drafted inside the legal deadline.
- You are unsure which of your systems hold a person's data.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can read your saved privacy setup notes.
- Where the skill points to /privacy-legal:cold-start-interview, use the setup-interview folder inside it. We copied it in so the skill works on its own.
