What it does
A steady rhythm for a delivery team, with numbers instead of adjectives. It sets up the team's metrics, checks sprint plans against real capacity, gives you templates for each meeting, and writes the sprint report from your tracker. Capacity comes from past sprints, not hope. It covers standup, refinement, review and retro formats, a quarterly rollup, and a points-to-hours ratio you can hand to finance. It can also measure teams where some work is done by AI coding agents. It leaves ticket writing, retro narratives, goals and roadmaps to other skills, so it stays on measurement and meetings. Your tracker needs to supply the data.
You give it
- Team size and sprint length
- Tracker export or sprint history
- Planned absences (optional)
- Which meeting or report you need
You get
- Metric set for the team
- Capacity-based sprint plan
- Meeting agendas
- Sprint report
- Points-to-hours ratio
Use it when
- You inherit a team and need a metric set that means something.
- Sprint planning keeps overcommitting and nobody knows why.
- Leadership asks how the team is doing and you have only opinions.
- Finance wants to turn story points into cost.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
