AI Blocks › Build and ship software
Detail polisher
Name one UI detail or slow function. Get several checked attempts, with the best version kept inside a set budget.

What it does
One small thing, made as good as it can be, with proof that the final version is better than the first. Think of a toggle that feels slightly off, or one function that runs too slowly. You name a single target and a goal. The skill does not accept its first answer. It makes several attempts, checks each one (screenshots for UI, timing for speed), and keeps the best-supported result, not simply the latest one. It stops once the goal is met, and every run has a hard limit on attempts so it never loops forever. UI checks need a browser or screenshot tool. Without one, you get one unverified proposal. It is not for redesigns.
You give it
- One target, such as a component, file or function
- The goal in your own words
- A browser or screenshot tool for UI checks (optional)
- A limit on how many attempts to allow (optional)
You get
- The best checked version of your target
- A short note on each attempt and how it was tested
- Before and after evidence
- A clear statement of whether the goal was met
Use it when
- A button or toggle transition feels clumsy and you cannot say why.
- One layout breaks at a certain screen width and you want it fixed properly.
- A single function is too slow and its output must stay exactly the same.
- You want a small piece of work tested several ways, not guessed once.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code and open a browser.
