What it does
Raw feedback is usually a feeling ("boring"), an order ("cut the middle") or a judgment of you ("you always rush"). None of those tells you what is wrong. The owner ends up fighting the reviewer, or following a fix for a problem nobody named. This skill uses a plain test for a good note. It says what is wrong, missing or unclear. It points at a place. It makes no demand. A fix may come along, but only as an example. It rewrites every comment to pass that test, asks the reviewer for the place when it is missing, and never invents one.
You give it
- The raw comments, with who said each one if you know
- The draft, plan or work they are about (optional)
- One line on what you are trying to do (optional)
- A draft (optional)
You get
- Each comment rewritten as a problem note with its place and what the reader lost
- Fixes kept on their own line, marked as examples only
- Repeats merged and counted
- A list of questions to send back to reviewers, and a list of comments that were about you, not the work
Use it when
- You got a pile of comments and do not know which ones to act on.
- Your reviewers give orders or fixes, and you want the problems behind them.
- You are about to share notes with someone and want them to be about the work, not the person.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste every comment as it came, including the harsh ones. Add the work if you can.
- Read the notes in order. Send the reviewer questions back to the people who gave the vague comments.
- Bring the finished notes to "Problem root cause tracer".
