What it does
A fall in price is a fact about the crowd. A fall in profit or a jump in debt is a fact about the business. The two are easy to confuse when the screen is red. This skill follows the owner's view. It records why you bought and what you assumed, then lists what the business reports now: profit over five years, debt, dividends, share count and rivals. It asks you to say, with the price hidden, whether you would buy the same business today. The old lesson is that businesses change in quality over the years, more often for the worse, so each holding needs a hard look now and then, not a daily stare. It writes a mark per holding and a short plan for each weaker one. It never says to buy or sell.
